An extensive wine list from vineyards across the globe has been specially picked to complement the contrasting flavours of the KT`s regional dishes. The list was chosen with the guidance of Caspar Auchterlonie, a wine consultant who developed the Pont de la Tour’s wine list and wine shop.
A big hit with the KT`s customers is saffron gin and tonic – its signature drink – made to a 19th century French-Indian recipe.
